Dear Sirs:
I just wanted you to know how satisfied I am with what you were able to do for me. I had received letters from the Internal Revenue Service, saying that I owed them over $40,000! I thought I was having a nightmare.
The money owed was actually from a company I had worked for the previous year. However, the accounting department had my Social Security number, not my employer's Federal I.D. number, so the payment for the work was sent to the IRS under my name, money I never received.
I did not know what to do or who to call. I was able to find IRS Tax Solutions and am I glad I did. After a lot of back-and-forth, along with you contacting my previous employer, the IRS cleared my account and said I did not owe the money. Until you have gone through something like this, you have no idea how much stress this can put on you.
I will be happy to recommend you guys to anyone who has any kind of tax problem!
Thanks Again - Mr. W.F. Taylor, Jr.
Dear IRS Tax Solutions,
Please feel free to give my name as reference to anyone who may be having a tax problem. As you well know, I was referred to your office over 3 years ago. After losing my wife, and having a number of health issues, myself, I had fallen behind with the filing of my taxes. In addition, I was also being hit with a bill for State sales tax for a business I did not ever own!
Looking back on it now, it is unbelievable that you were able to reduce my IRS balance down from over $120,000 to a little over $7,000. Then, you were able to put me on a payment plan for $134 per month for the balance.
As far as the sales tax for the business, you all worked out an offer with the State that saved me over $20,000 and released a lien that was keeping me from getting a reverse mortgage.
I can't believe how relieved that I now feel. You have lifted a terrible burden from me and I will always be appreciative for your help.
Sincerely, S.A. Russell
Dear Tax Solutions,
Please accept this letter of thanks and appreciation for all you did for me with my rather large tax problem. This tax problem began years ago when I had a heart attack and fell behind with my tax filings.
The problem then proceeded to get worse because I was forced to work for employers in the construction business that would not hire me as an employee, but, rather, as a subcontractor. This meant that I was responsible for making my own tax payments. Money I did not have!
This was something I was unable to do with my large medical bills I continued to run up because I did not have any health insurance. Things just kept getting worse and it seemed that the tax problems were all I was able to think about. I kept waiting to get a knock on the door by the IRS, telling me that I was going to jail.
You were able to file all of my past tax returns for me, and then due to my income and expenses, were able to get me in uncollectible status. This means I don't have to make a monthly payment to the IRS. It also means that I don't have to worry about them coming to get me anymore.
I can't tell you in words what this has meant to me; after all these years, to be able to not have to think about this tax problem all the time. If anyone ever asks me who to talk to about a tax problem, I will not hesitate a second in giving them your name and telling them about you!
Yours truly, R. Butler.
